AI Neighborhood Report ("the Service", "we") sells a one-time, AI-generated informational research report about a US address or neighborhood you specify, delivered by email. By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The report is informational research, not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, lending, insurance, appraisal, inspection, or real-estate advice, and we are not acting as your agent, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing in a report is a recommendation to rent, buy, avoid, or offer any particular price for any property or area.
Reports are compiled by an AI system from public and third-party sources. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and AI systems can make mistakes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Every report includes links to primary official sources; you are responsible for independently verifying any fact you rely on before signing a lease, making an offer, or taking any other action.
Reports are designed to exclude demographic, racial, ethnic, religious, national-origin, and family-composition characterizations of any area, and to make no "good" or "bad" neighborhood judgments. Where crime data appears, it is limited to official published statistics with the publishing agency named. If you believe a report has failed this standard, contact us and we will correct it.
The report is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Reports are typically delivered by email within about 10 minutes, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If your report does not arrive, or you believe it materially missed the mark, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate it or refund the purchase.
You may use reports for your personal housing decisions. You may not resell reports, use the Service to build a competing dataset, or use any output in a manner that violates fair-housing, tenant-screening, or credit-reporting laws. The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and reports are not "consumer reports" under the FCRA; you may not use them for tenant screening, employment, credit, or insurance eligibility decisions about any person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including decisions made in reliance on a report.
We may update these terms; the version posted at aineighborhoodreport.com/terms at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
