To produce your report we collect the address or neighborhood you enter and the email address you want it delivered to, plus your IP address, which we use only to rate-limit the free tier. These are stored in our database (Supabase) as a delivery log. Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your payment details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store card numbers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and debugging.
We do not sell your data, run ads, or send marketing lists. No newsletters unless you explicitly ask for one someday, and none exists today.
No accounts, no passwords, no tracking pixels of our own, no data brokers. We don't ask who you are, who you live with, or anything about you beyond an email and the place you're researching.
Delivery records (email + address + delivery status) are retained to run the free tier's daily limit and to honor re-sends and refunds. Email jonathan@tdibroker.com from the address you used and we'll delete your records, subject to payment-processor records Stripe must legally keep.
